Shopping Haul - Old Navy, JC Penney, Rue 21

To start March off right, I couldn't resist making a quick shopping spree at some of my favorite stores! And boy, did I score some deals!

My first stop was at JC Penney and a quick visit to their Joe Fresh section! If you haven't visited your local JC Penney you need to do so immediately. The prices are amazing and the selection is fantastic. I find the quality to be very well and consistently on trend. My first pick was this black and white striped shirt. I've been wanting one for a while, but couldn't find one that I really loved. They all had pockets or just weren't the right shape for my body. So, when I saw this one, I immediately grabbed it and tried it on. Of course, I loved it AND it was a total bargain at $10!

My second item from the Joe Fresh line is this lilac and white striped oxford. I immediately fell in love with the colours and knew I had to have it! Plus I had loved the way that Teresa (looptloop on Instagram) styled it. This shirt was only $3 in the clearance section. Score #2!

My last item from JC Penney are these metallic flats. I have been wanting a pair of metallic d'orsay flats, but have been having a difficult time finding a pair in my size (having little feet sucks sometimes). So, when I saw these I knew that they would make a great addition to my shoe collection. I love the fit of them and am so happy that I was able to get them and for only $1.25!!! I'm really sorry Lindsay (if you read this), that they didn't have them in your size!

My next stop was at Old Navy! I had seen that they had their nautical sweaters on sale for $15 so I couldn't help myself, I had to have one! I picked the Take Me To The Sea sweater! I'm so in love with the colours and the sparkles! The only problem that I have with it though is that it didn't even make it through one cycle in the washer. Usually I'm pretty happy with Old Navy quality, but this time I was super disappointed (especially since I washed it on delicate). Oh well, what can you do?

The second item I picked up was this fabulous white top with a jeweled neckline. It was on clearance for $7!! Can you believe it? And, as a bonus, no necklace required with it!!

My last stop was at Rue 21. I don't usually go to this store, but as a lark, I went in as I remembered that they usually have some pretty good statement necklaces similar to J Crew. I ended up picking up this great anchor ring for $3 and this initial necklace for $1.

So, tell me. Have you scored any great deals lately? Have you ever had an issue with Old Navy clothes? Let me know in the comments below!
